We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum amount required. We ship with FedEx®.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND

  • The shipping time may vary according to the product you are ordering and the holiday.
  • Bikinis require 7-25 business days to ship due to its handmade and custom nature.
  • Hats require 1-5 business days to ship.
  • We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays nor festive days.
  • We can’t ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

EXPEDITE SHIPPING
  • We offer expedite shipping at no additional cost for products that are in-stock and ready-to-ship. 
  • We do not offer expedite shipping for custom orders.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your FedEx® tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the FedEx® website and enter the tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

DELIVERY 

  • Delivery time may vary due to different reasons such as custom processes, country of destination, and others.
  • If you are US or CAN based the package is usually delivered after 2-4 days of being shipped. If you are EU or AUS based the package is usually delivered after 5-8 days of being shipped. These are estimations based on average transit time and it is just for reference, not a fact.
  • Once the package has been shipped the customer accepts handling shipment communication with the shipping carrier and not with Kalon Swim as it is out of our control. 
  • Kalon Swim is not responsible for any delivery delay.
  • Kalon Swim is not responsible for lost packages if the customer is out of town when delivery happens or if the provided address is incorrect.
